House selling, design loving, investment number cruncher, with passion for old and unique properties, who feels its important to give back to community. I specialize in old and historic homes, farm and rural properties, and investment real estate, but I am happy to help with all your real estate needs. I love cooking, wine, craft beers, travel, yoga, cycling, art, and animals.

I am very active in my community through volunteering, partnering, membership, and serving on several boards, including Rotary, Kiwanis, The Tool Library/Bed Blitz, The Old House Society, Bloomington-Normal Association of Realtors, and a swim coach for Bloomington-Normal Swim Club. I have a passion for helping people make educated decisions, so teaching community education at Heartland Community College in investment real estate, staging, and first time home buying is a perfect fit!

I hold a BA in Business and Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. In 2002 I flipped my first house and was hooked! In 2016 I became a Licensed Real Estate Broker. I sell real estate full time and help clients sell, buy, and manage personal and investment properties. Since getting my license, I have been recognized as Above the Crowd, New Agent of the Year, Executive Club, 100% Club, Agent of the Month, and Rising Star in her office, by RE/Max corporate, and with the Bloomington-Normal Association of Realtors. I was very honored in 2018 when I received the Ivey Weaver Award and was Relocation Runner Up. In 2017 I earned her Accredited Commercial Professional designation through RE/MAX.
